Overview
Audits used to live in spreadsheets and inboxes: a checklist here, photos on someone's phone, findings in an email thread. This puts the whole cycle in one place — scheduling, the checklist an auditor works through, the evidence they collect, and everything that follows from a finding.
It's the system I've spent most of 2026 on.
The problem
Audits produce findings, and findings need to go somewhere. Without a system, evidence gets lost, follow-ups depend on someone remembering, and nobody can answer what was checked, when, and what happened next.
What I built
One trail from a scheduled audit through to a closed case. Auditors work a checklist and attach evidence as they go; anything that needs following up becomes a case with an owner and a history. Different roles see different slices of it.

Photos and documents upload straight from the browser to private storage — they never sit on a phone or in an inbox.

Auditors, managers and administrators each get their own view, and feedback can be collected from someone outside the system through a single-use link.
